Abstract

With China抯 entry into WTO, the configuration of productive constituents must accord with the international standards. It is required that we should change the current personnel administration system,strengthen the management of human resources on the basis of law and market so that we can establish an efficient system favour-able to cultivate and attract gifted talents.
