Abstract
Surfactants, preservatives and suspending agents were screened and optimized to prepare suspension concentrate of Bacillus thuringiensis BtR05.The survival rate of BtR05 SC after 12 months preservation at room temperature was 74.74%.The inhibitory effect of BtR05 SC on egg hatching of Meloidogyne incognita was tested, and the results showed that the inhibition rate of egg hatching of M.incognita was linearly related to the concentration of BtR05 SC.The inhibition rates of egg hatching after 2 d and 4 d treatment with 25 times dilution of BtR05 SC were 85.67% and 97.97%,respectively.
