Geographical Distribution of the Literary Authors in the Eastern Wei Dynasty Viewing from Their Native Places

Viewed from the native place,most literary authors of the Eastern Wei Dynasty derived from Shandong district.Secondly was ethnic Chinese minority Gentry.The third was Guanzhong gentry,local gentry and non-local gentry,and finally was Southern gentry.Because political situation had changed greatly,the geographical distribution of literary authors appeared imbalance in the Eastern Wei Dynasty.Eastern Wei Dynasty was the period of focusing the outcome of the literature in the late Northern Wei Dynasty,and was the period of digesting the Song Dynasty and Qi Dynasty literature factors.This created the preconditions for literature of the Northern Qi Dynasty reaching the peak of the Northern Dynasties literature.Therefore,Eastern Wei Dynasty played the role of a connecting link between the preceding in the latter part of the Northern Dynasties.
