Why Did History Compiled by Government Appear in Northern Qi Dynasty

History Compiled by Government marked the important change of the system of official history in Northern Qi Dynasty.Why did it appear in Northern Qi Dynasty and not Northern Zhou Dynasty and Eastern Jin Dynasty and Southern Dynasties Because the establishment and creation of the system of official history improved the compilation of state history,and because historiographers' consciousness of true history brought out the idea of historiography with single point responsibility and sole duty in Northern Dynasties,and because Northern Qi Dynasty inherited Northern Wei Dynasty and Eastern Wei Dynasty's tradition of historiography more than Northern Zhou Dynasty.
