Clinic Analysis of Pathology of 26 Cases LN with ARF

In order to investigate the risky factor of acute renal failure complication of lupus nephritis. We have collected 26 cases of lupus nephritis with acute renal failure and 30 cases of lupus nephritis. The results showed that LN with acute renal failure often occurs with the patients who possess the clinic active and pathologic active index. Pathologic type is WHOIV, WHOIII and WHOV. The inducement are infection and irregular hormonal therapy. It shows that in order to prevent the attack of acute renal failure. It is important to control the activity of lupus nephritis and to avoid inducement.
