Abstract

Objective:To explore the relationship between sleep quality and psychological status in general anxiety disorder patients. Methods:Sixty general anxiety disorder patients were investigated with Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Inquiry(PSQI)and SCL-90 scale, and data recorded were analyzed with SPSS 11.5 statistical software.Results:Fifty-five people of the subjects had dyssomnias(91.66%),and the incidence range of the reconstituents that ≥2 was 50%~91.66%.The top 3 categories were day-time dysfunction, sleep quality, and sleep efficiency.Scores of the nine factors in scl-90 were higher than the domestic norm. The individual index scores and total scores of PSQI positively correlated with those of SCL-90(r0.20)significantly,but most of the correlations were not close(r0.5).Conclusion:Sleep quality of general anxiety disorder patients positively correlated with SCL-90 scores.
