Improvement of incentive mechanism of public servants in taxation system

Perfect incentive mechanism has an important significance to arouse the enthusiasm of taxation system of public servants and improve the administrative efficiency.In this paper,the current main way of incentive mechanism,the existing problems and reasons are expounded on the basis of analyzing the characteristics of public servants' work in taxation systems.In order to improve the work performance of taxation system,from the aspects of material,political and cultural,some countermeasures and suggestions are proposed,including designing scientific standard of salary and welfare,perfecting professional development planning,promotion mechanism and strengthening tax culture construction.
