Human capital theory has been widespread and put into rigorous practice in China around the beginning of the new century.It has shown new characteristics that conform the new era.The correlative researches have turned away from human capital's formation to its application and administration and from the human capital structure to its property right,emphasizing its functions and mechanism.And with the coming of intellectual economy,human capital and intellectual capital have been closely associated,and human capital among intellectual economy has been researched.But with the capitalization of human capital,the problem of the property right of human capital has become very important.Human capital should be capitalized in enterprises' practice,and its shareholding rights should be confirmed.
