On Human Capital in Enterprise Capital Structure

In existing research of enterprise capital structure in China,the most concerned are stock capital and debenture capital,while the human capital is less concerned. Accordingly,in property right reform,the human capital property right has been neglected,and this shortage has become an obstacle preventing the further development of state-owned enterprise. Human capital is a capital form different from stock capital and debenture capital. Fully considering human capital is useful for further deepening reform of state-owned enterprise.
