Abstract
Industrial policies are common economic policies adopted by various nations in the world.The strength of industrial policies has close relations with industrial development.With Volterra model of predator-prey,this article explains that during the expansion period in the industrial development,we shall reduce the interference from the industrial policies to industrial development,to ensure the full competition among enterprises in the industry so as to promote the development of strong enterprises.Competitive industrial policies will help to improve the industrial competitiveness and promote the industrial healthy development.
