Abstract
Taking the 5 different edible fungus as samples,the microwave digestion method for the sample pretreatment,ICP-MS method for detection,detection of different selenium date in edible fungi,and studied the analysis method.The experimental results showed that:the microwave digestion method for the sample pretreatment can make sure the Selenium totally dissolution;using ICP-MS method for the selenium detection,had well linear relation in the range of 0-20 μg/kg(r=0.999 7) with the RSD of 3.86 %,and the limits of detection were 0.07 μg/kg(lowest than other method),and the recovery effect is good in range of 96.7 %-101.7 %.The paper provide the date of selenium in the 5 different Edible fungi samples,it provide reference for how to use Edible fungi.
