Determination of Sodium,Potassium,Calcium in Red Mud by FAAS

Abstract

The method for determination of sodium,potassium and calcium in red mud by FAAS was studied.The RSDs of sodium,potassium and calcium were respectively 1.021%,1.865%and 2.020%under the selected optimum conditions.The recoveries of sodium,potassium and calcium were respectively 100.8%,103.0%and 99.l%.The method has simple and rapid operation with accurate and stable results.
