Abstract

Objective To observe efficacy of different triple therapy for treating peptic ulcer. Methods 80 cases of helicobacter pylori peptic ulcer patients were randomly divided into two groups-the treatment group and control group, the treatment group received rabeprazole, clarithromycin and levofloxacin combination therapy, the control group received omeprazole, clarithromycin and levofloxacin combination therapy. Results After treatment, total effective rate was 95.0% in the treatment group, the total effective rate was 65.0% in the control group, indicated that the overall clinical efficacy of the treatment group were better than the control group(P0.05).the treatment group Hp clearance rate was 97.5%(39/40),so that was 87.5%(35/40) in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusion rabeprazole, clarithromycin and levofloxacin in the treatment efficacy of Helicobacter pylori peptic ulcer, and can be more effective in eradicating Hp,worthy of further research and promotion.
