Abstract
Since 30 years of reform and opening-up, the leading viewpoint of Chinese social values hasn’t changed, but some changes have taken place in the mainstream view of values. This trend of changes shows the tendency of convergence between the leading and mainstream viewpoint of values from the contradictory state. The realization of the convergence between the two viewpoints of values is one of the important goals of constructing the harmonious society while preventing the conflicts between the two.
