Abstract

Two kinds of cultural change exist simultaneously under a global background: cultural conflict and cultural assimilation.This phenomenon has a strong impact on the change in the values of higher education.The higher education value system in China has undergone two major changes over the years.In spite of a crisis in the values caused by cultural conflicts at times,the establishment of positive values of higher education is inevitable in the long run.
