Abstract
Objective To investigate patients with uremia by peritoneal dialysis scheme the complications and nursing project after treatment. Methods Analysis causes of common complications of peritoneal dialysis patients and points out that in order to take nursing measures to avoid complications. It included diet guidance, strict aseptic operation and asepticpreparation in preoperative, the prevention of colds and diarrhea. Results Reduced incidence of complications through the effective nursing measures. Conclusion It is positively to reduce the peritonitis and the rate of severe anemia and hypoproteinemia. It increases patients' compliance and life quality.
