Study on the detection value of thyroid function and related antibody in Graves disease

Abstract

Objective:To investigate and analyze the detection value of FT3,FT4,h-TSH,TPOAb,TGAb and TRAb in patients with Graves disease.Methods:242patients with Graves disease were enrolled as observation group,242healthy persons were selected as control group,then the serum FT3,FT4,hTSH,TPOAb,TGAb and TRAb of two groups were compared between the two groups and also between patients with different severity.Results:The serum FT3,FT4,TPOAb,TGAb and TRAb of observation group were higher than those of control group while serum h-TSH was lower than that of control group,detection levels were significant different among patients with different severity and presence of exophthalmos(P0.05).Conclusion:FT3,FT4,h-TSH,TPOAb,TGAb and TRAb in patients with Graves disease are increased,and they are affected by disease severity and presence of exophthalmos.
