Abstract

This paper reported on a process for treating pharmaceutical wastewater, which combines UASB with two-stage biological contact oxidation, and based on which a treatment plant was built and put into operation. The plant handles 150m3/d of wastewater;the effluent can comply with the emission standard in terms of COD,BOD,SS,etc.
