Abstract
This paper discusses how to apply virtual prototype technology to deeply studying kinetics characteristics of belt conveyor.A simplified belt conveyor virtual prototype model is built and analyzed,showing that applying virtual prototype technology to the study of belt conveyor kinetics characteristics is feasible.
