Under the circumstance of new technology revolution and economic globalization and marketization,that whether the western region,with its resources, technique and regional advantage, becomes anotherbelt of increaseof Chinese economy development, will be of vital importance to the sustained, stable and healthy development of our economy.Adjustment and optimization of industrial structure in western region is critical for the western region to become a new economic belt of increase that can stimulate the whole economy development.Thus,it seems more urgent to do research on adjustment of industrial structure of western region.Seen from the disposition, efficiency structure and international competition of the industrial structure in our western region, it has a long way to do.Therefore, We must adhere to the aim and instructure principle of adjustment of regional industrial structure, and set foot to the objectire facts of different provinces and regions in the west. We should give apprehensive play to comparetive advantage, actively create competitive advantage and try to realize back-up advantage.
