Moulding Good Environment for Western Industrial Structure Adjustment

Industrial structure upgrade and improvement is the base for steady development Of the economy. It is also the foundation to promote the western region economical growth. With the changing of international market environment, the traditional industrial system has been challenged. Therefore, the industrial structure and system in the western region must undergo ajustment and upgrade, creat more development opportunities and spaces, so that it will no longer depend on the old traditional system. This adjustment of the western region is part of the large global plan with the emphasis on the national economic interests. This document analyses the current industrial structure of the western region based on the macro environment. It also made many recommendations with new innovation ideas, systems, market structure, and the main frame of economic structure.
