Abstract
Effects of different tempering temperatures on microstructure, mechanical properties and abrasion resistance of NM360 wear-resistant steel plate were studied. The results indicate that the optimum heat treatment process is quenching at 920 ℃ and then tempering at 250 ℃,and the plate gains the tempering martensite microstructure.Toughness and wear resistance are improved under the condition of guaranteeing the strength and hardness of the steel plate.
