Abstract
The effects of different explants and growth regulating substances to the regeneration of callus and adventitious bud of Aquilegia vulgaris were researched.The results showed that when leaf was chosen as the explant and the culture medium was MS+2.0 mg/L NAA +2.0 mg/L 6-BA,the callus could be easily induced,the inducement rate reached to 92.6%;MS+0.1mg/L NAA +1.0mg/L 6-BA was suitable for the inducement of adventitious bud.
