Abstract

In history of Chinese philosophy,there has been a massive misunderstanding when criticizing Zhu Xi's saving justice,extinguishing desire.On one hand,it does not clarify Zhu Xi's so-called the justice;on other hand,it excessively expands relation between the justice and the desire.This paper is to reveal truth of Zhu Xi's viewpoint of natural justice and human desire,and to explain in a new way about killing a person by nature justice as well as starving to death is a small case while losing integrity or chastity is very serious.
