Abstract
In this paper,considering the scale of enterprises,such factors as the nature of the sample selected on the basis of the 9 state-owned enterprises in Hunan Province as the study sample,the state-owned enterprises humane management of the status quo,and analyzed the reasons and the state-owned enterprises on how to manage the effective implementation of human The corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
