Research on the Farmers' Rights Under the Construction of New Rural

According to statistics,there are currently approximately 900 million peasants in China who have been the largest social group in China.Therefore,issues of Chinese peasants are becoming primary problems to be solved at this stage,to solve the problems of peasants,their rights have to be protected and enhanced,peasants are demanding for innovative works and more rights for their living are improved;on the other hand,peasants with more rights will be of more sense of ownership,as a result,their enthusiasm for production will be encouraged relatively,policies of the country will be easier to implement and the problems of agriculture and rural areas can be solved to some extent.The research on peasants' rights during the building of new countryside not only lays foundation for the solving problems of peasants but also provides practical experience for building new countryside.
