Abstract
With non -ionic surfactant as emulsifier and anionic surfactant as catalytic emulsifier, anionic silicone microemulsion was prepared through D4 open-ring polymerization under certain conditions. The effect of non-ionic surfactant amount on microemulsion stability, catalyst amount on the transmissivity and color of microemulsion, and reaction temperature on the transmissvity was investigated. Applied research showed that the microemulsion has excellent elastic recovery angle and that it is superior to products of the same kind, but inferior to YMR-7212 of GE company(Japan).
