Following the spirit of the "three represents" to promote the reform of the SOEs

The reform of the SOEs is the key to the success of China's economic structure reform. Guided by the three represents theory put forward by President Jiang Zeming, the paper is aimed at the problems occured in the implementation of the reform of the SOEs, pointing out that the success of the reform of the SOEs lies on strictly practising the theory of three represents which points out the right direction for the reform of the SOEs.
