Abstract
This paper adopts questionnaire, with 577 employees as samples, and makes the following conclusions: job demands are positively related to work-family conflict; work-family conflict is negatively related to job satisfaction. Role salience moderates the relationship between job demands and work-family conflict, but it has no moderating effect on the relationship between work-family conflict and job satisfaction.
