Abstract
Objective:To decrease incidence of the negative feedback of contrast media of intravenous pyelography and ensure smooth intravenous pyelography. Methods: Intravenous pyelography was performed with preventive measures in 345patients before and on operation. Results: The rate of negative feedback of the patients who made use of ionil contrast media is 9.4 percent ,while the rate of the patients used nonionil contrast media is 2.1 percent. They are all lower than documentary data. Conclusion: Correct preventive measures are effective means to decrease the rate of negative feedback of ionil contrast media.
