Abstract
The study of learners' differences is an important aspect in second language acquisition research,since learners' individual variables affect the result of their study.Motivation is a very important variable which has been concerned a lot and plays a vital role in second language acquisition.By understanding the motivation and its function in foreign language learning,we might improve the teaching and acquisition of second language so as to get the ideal effect in language learning.
