Abstract
Peasant workers are a special mobile group between urban and rural areas and different regions as well.So far, their legitimate rights and interests are still not effectively protected, and often suffer local discrimination and exclusion. The essence of the problem of peasant workers is the issue of farmers because of traditional urban and rural structure. In the current construction of a harmonious society,we not only need to further clean up the traditionally urban and rural isolation and inequality systems,we should also integrate peasant workers into society by promoting social equality and social integration, eliminating social discrimination, and rebuilding the social trust and social recognition.
