Abstract
The rapidly development of science,technology and economy has been induced the humanistic crisis and the lack of the humanistic spirit in higher education,which makes it very important for colleges and universities to strengthen the quality humanistic education.The construction of college sports civilization is an effective way to carry out the education of humanistic quality.By adhering the people-oriented idea and the 'People's Olympics' spirit,advocating the main pursuit of value,enriching the humanistic knowledge for students,shaping the humanistic spirit and creating a humanistic campus environment,developing the humanistic skills of students,the construction of college sports civilization can play an important role in the cultivation of college students.
