The importance of Humanistic Spirit in developing qualified talent in the 21th century

According to the investigation into the decline of college students’ humanistic spirit,the paper discusses the important effects of contemporary college students’ humanistic spirit in the development of China’s technology and economy,and then points out that it is very necessary and urgent for colleges and universities to promote and pay more attention to modern humanistic spirit of college tudents at the begining of the 21th century in China,and finally presents some effective measures for strengthening college students' humanistic spirit.
