Abstract
Objective To optimize the Ultrasonic Extraction and Enzymatic Hydrolysis Extraction, and to compare these two methods. Methods With the Rutin as the reference substance and ultraviolet spectrophotometer for analyzing the extraction rate, the extraction process is optimized after the level of factor is chosen and an orthogonal designing method L9(34) is adopted. Results The superior process conditions for the Enzymatic Hydrolysis Extraction are: 25 Ethanol solution(70%),with cellulose(0.5%),constant temperature(45 ℃),water bath for 150 minutes.Extraction rate is 5.60%.The superior process conditions for the Ultrasonic Extraction are: 10 Ethanol solutions(70%),ultrasound for 40 minutes, extract for 3 times.Extraction rate is 4.61%.Conclusion The extraction rate by the Enzymatic Hydrolysis Extraction is 21.5% higher than the rate by the Ultrasonic Extraction.
