Abstract
The high phosphorus content(12.8%P)coating was heat treated at 750 ℃. It was studied the corrosion resistance of coating by heat treatment. The results showed that the corrosion resistance of coating by heat treatment at 750℃ prefers not to be heat treated and being heat treated at 500℃. The main cause that corrosion resistance increases is that crystallizing granules grow, the surface of interface of cystallizing granules decrease and the thicker oxidation film is formed on the interface of coating.
