Abstract
The plate roller straightener is the important equipment which guaranties the quality of the plate.The design of the main drive system mainly bases on the torque moment of transmission shaft.The traditional method of calculating the transmission torque can't use to design the energetic parameters of the concentrative drive straightener.By analyzing the characteristic of the straitening process of the concentrative drive straightener,the coupling between the shafts is studies and the traditional method of calculating the transmission torque is improved.The improved calculation considers the additional torque caused by the different intermesh.The additional torque also leads the transmission torque to reassign.The research indicates the result of improved calculation is closer to the fact and provides the new theoretics of the design of energetic parameters.
