Abstract
To solve the problem that it is difficult to achieve long-term monitoring for driving shaft torque,a new type of drive shaft torque measuring device is designed. A base is welded on the surface of the drive shaft. The torque measuring device is fixed with fastening bolt, and the torque is obtained by measuring the strain of the sensitive beam. The self-made experimental torque measuring device is analyzed with Ansys Workbench, and the experiment of static characteristic and dynamic response is conducted, and the characteristic index and response curves are obtained. The experimental results confirm that the torque measuring device is effective, and it has practical guiding significance on drive shaft torque monitoring.
