The Clinical study one root canal of different filling materials

Objective To compare the clinical effect of three different root canal filling material in one root canal.Methods From June 2009 June 2010,693 cases were randomly divided into three groups,zinc oxide paste,French blue and AH plus sealer Cortisomol root canal filling paste to implement a one-time treatment.Observed and compared of postoperative recovery within a week within six months of the clinical effectiveness and efficacy.Results After a week,AH plus paste the recovery group was better than the other two groups,the recovery of the French blue Cortisomol paste was better than zinc oxide paste group,the difference was statistically significant(P0.05).Within six months of follow-up of clinical effects,AH plus paste group was more efficient than the application of the other two groups,and the difference was statistically significant(P0.05),French blue Cortisomol paste was efficient than the application of zinc oxide paste group,and the difference was statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusion One-time root canal therapy the clinical efficacy of different filling materials in descending order of AH plus sealer,French blue Cortisomol paste,zinc oxide paste.
