Abstract
Objective: To investigate relationship among clinical manifestation, characteristics of CT and prognosis in patients with cerebral infarction complicated with diabetes.Method: 35 patients with cerebral infarction complicated with diabetes were experimental group, and 115 patients with cerebral in control group didn't have diabetes. The clinical manifestation, characteristics of CT,the prognosis and fatality rate in experimental group were compared with those in control group.Result: Compared with patients in control group, the patients with cerebral infarction complicated with diabetes had high fatality rate, and their prognosis was poor. Conclusion: For patients with diabetes,a good method of preventing the cerebral infarction is controlling the level of blood sugar effectively.
