Clinical diagnosis and treatment and prognosis of patients with diabetic cerebral infarction

Objective To summarize the clinical manifestation,diagnosis and treatment of patients with diabetic cerebral infarction,judging therapeutic effect and prognosis.Methods Sixty patients with cerebral infarction admitted into our hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups,including non dead diabetic cerebral infarction group(30 cases),diabetic cerebral infarction group(30 cases),clinical symptoms of two groups were compared.Diabetic cerebral infarction group was given drug or dietary regulation of blood glucose control on basis of bed rest,oxygen inhalation,dehydration intracranial pressure,vasoactive drugs,anticoagulation and fibrinolysis treatment,therapeutic effect and prognosis were evaluated.Results In patients with diabetic cerebral infarction,hemiplegia,aphasia,bulbar paralysis and other symptoms were significantly more than non-diabetic cerebral infarction group(P 0.05),the cure rate and total effective rate of two groups compared,the difference was statistically significant(P 0.05).Conclusion Patients with diabetic cerebral infarction is more dangerous than non-diabetic cerebral infarction,but the prognosis is far less than the pulmonary diabetic cerebral infarction,actively hypoglycemic treatment should be given in the treatment of cerebral infarction.
