Abstract

The development of information management system is discussed based on GSM short message.SMS(short message service) is a value-added service provided by GSM,which can transmit both Chinese and English message using a GSM standard without other terminal equipments.This system uses data line to connect mobile phones to the computers,control the transmission of short message by GSM AT instructions and manage the messages with the database.This system can manage the human resources and the messages,issue notices and communicate to others inside the company or factory.
