Abstract
DNA was extracted from the materials of Leucaena seedlings with CTAB and kit.The suitable AFLP molecular marker system was established for Leucaena diversity analysis after AFLP reaction had been optimized with DNA samples in different digestion time and primers screening. This work provided a basic knowledge on AFLP molecular marker for studying Leucaena molecular biology and molecular breeding.
