Abstract
The rotors' profiles of inviolate-cycloid twin-screw pumps are complicated generally, there are several ways to study profile equations, mostly by analytical method and geometrical method. This paper makes use of principles of gear connection to deduce the equations of both the rotors' profiles and meshing line of A twin-screw pump precisely, which is helpful to analyze the rotors engagement and the formation of sealing lines. It's suitable for engineers and technicians to revise the rotors' profiles or design the new ones of screw pumps.
