Abstract

To be active in implementing electronic party and put party affairs and party building on the platform of advanced network technology is a logical choice while the Party continues to develop,strengthen and fight for its goal of keeping pace with the times in the new situations.The development of electronization of party helps expand inner-party democracy and strengthen the radiation effect of inner-party democracy to a great extent.It helps promote the general public's and ordinary party members' democratic participation in and their supervision over the work of party affairs and party building,and it also has great significance for democratization and scientization of the Party's decision-making.
