Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effect of preventive nursing care research on pulmonary complications for patients after thoracic operation. Methods 52 patients after chest operation were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 26 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing, while the observation group was given nursing intervention. The respiratory tract infection and patient satisfaction of 2 groups were observed. Results The respiratory tract infection rate in observation group was lower than that in the control group, and very satisfied rate was higher than that of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P0.05).Conclusion Preventive nursing care can effectively reduce the incidence of pulmonary complications.
