Abstract
The objective management activity in enterprise's archives work is an important means to normalize the archives work in eneerprise.Developing this activity can promote to form the complete mnagement system,the perfect management institutio n and the perfect management fcilities for archives work,and enhancing the basic management work for the archives can promote the stable increasing of the level as a whole for archives work.
