Giving a full play to the service functions of archives in the performance management

Abstract

From the relationship between archives and performance management,this thesis deals with the functions of archives in the performance management and the promotion of the archives by operating the performance management mechanism,both of which relate to and promote each other.Scientific management of the archives will help to keep sustainable development of the society and make progress in local social economy.Being aware of the working thoughts of the performance management will be helpful to better management of the archives.
