Abstract

[Objective]To explore the accuracy of rapid detection of vegetable pesticide residues. [Method]Enzyme inhibition rate method was used to detect trichlorfon, carbofuran, chlorpyrifos, omethoate residue in greenhouse and common vegetables in Shengli Farm and south Chinese chive. Heating treatment was carried out on Chinese chive and ginger, inhibition rate above 35% vegetables were verified with chromatography method. [Result]The results showed that the pesticide residue of local summer Chinese cabbage and south Chinese chive in winter in supermarket exceed the standard, chlorpyrifos residue in Chinese chive exceeds nearly 6 times. When inhibition rate is 20%,the minimum concentration of omethoate buffer solution is 3 mg / kg,while concentration of trichlorfon, carbofuran, chlorpyrifos buffer solution are 0. 001 mg / kg,0. 001 mg / kg,0. 030 mg / kg. [Conclusion]Enzyme inhibition rate method has low sensitivity for detecting omethoate, high sensitivity for trichlorfon, carbofuran, chlorpyrifos.
