Degradation of Chlorpyrifos Residual by Enzyme Preparation in Postharvest Chinese Flowering Cabbage

Abstract

Chinese flowering cabbage of chlorpyrifos residue gas chromatography method was established,which showed good linear relationship with the concentration of 0.01 ~2.00 mg / L and the recovery was 77% ~89%,and coefficient variation was2.0%~7.9%.The selected enzyme preparation had obvious removal effect to chlorpyrifos residue in postharvest Chinese flowering cabbage and the removal rate was related to the dilution ratio and the initial concentration of chlorpyrifos.The removal of chlorpyrifos was determined by diluting the preparation to 1,10 and 100 times with Chinese flowering cabbage chlorpyrifos active ingredients initial concentrations of 400 mg / L,40 mg / L and 4 mg / L, respectively. Results showed that the removal rate of chlorpyrifos was 84%~96% when dilution ratios were 1 and 10 times. However, removal rate of 100 times diluted preparation was remarkably lower than the former two preparations which were 59.41%,79.59% and 66.77%,respectively.According to the experimental results, the most appropriate dilution ratio of enzyme preparation was 10 to 100 times and 59%~92% of chlorpyrifos residue was eliminated.
